Weight watchers, jenny craig…. People can get fresh fruit and veggies, but they would rather spend tons of money on these diet programs…; Obviously they do not work, look at Kirsty Alley she is bigger than she was before she started that thing.
I look at it like this.. the key word in diet is “die”
Do you waste money on nasty diet programs and are you truly happy with them?
